Special Thanks for Grants Received in 2016

In the past year, the VNA provided 69,072 hours of personal care support and 29,829 skilled home visits 1200 Palliative Care contacts and 1857 hospice care visits to nearly 3,000 individuals in our community.  Through the generous support of United Way and individuals throughout the community, we provided $1.3 Million dollars’ worth of charity care services.  Without these services, our community would look very different and many more individuals would have significant complications from health issues, unnecessary hospital stays or be forced to live in long term care facilities.

Our mission has always been to provide the highest quality home and community-based health and support services promoting health, dignity, independence and self-sufficiency regardless of the patient’s ability to pay.  In 2016, the VNA was awarded several grants.   This support allows us to continue our mission and we want to say Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for the generosity of the following:
