Of course, we are very grateful to our patients for their continued confidence in us and would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you"! When our discharged patients were asked how they would rate our staff overall, it was an overwhelmingly positive response!

When we began our Patient Satisfaction Surveys we wanted to know how we could improve our service to our patients. Every month we continue to strive to make every patient feel like they were one of our family members. We know that for nearly 100 years now, families of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky have depended on Visiting Nurse Association for a tradition of caring in the home.
